Requirements

General Manager or multi-unit operations experience in vending, micro-markets, foodservice, or distribution
Demonstrated P&L ownership with the ability to manage budgets, control costs, and hit financial targets
Proven track record leading and developing frontline teams in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Comfort with operations technology including fleet management and inventory systems
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience – 5 years
Minimum Functional Experience – 5 years

Responsibilities

Oversee daily vending and micro-market operations across four markets within a fulfillment center, maintaining quality, safety, and service standards
Manage staffing, scheduling, payroll, and performance for a team of approximately 30 employees, including drivers and warehouse staff
Own site P&L and ensure adherence to client KPIs, operational budgets, and Sodexo standards
Partner with Key Account Managers and Sales Representatives to support site surveys, RFP processes, and new business growth
Leverage fleet tracking and warehouse inventory technology (Samsara, Cantaloupe Seed) to optimize operations and accountability
Collaborate with a national community of General Managers and district
