Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational procedures to optimize efficiency

• Supervise food handling practices and maintain quality standards
• Lead, take charge, and offer opinions and direction
• Oversee team members and teach hospitality
• Collaborate with shift leaders to achieve business goals
• Oversee inventory and logistics of manufacturing and delivering ice cream

Requirements

• Experience in food service management

• Culinary background or relevant certifications is a plus
