Responsibilities
- General management of technicians and office staff (8-10 employees)
- Developing key performance goals and managing the performance of staff
- Creating and implementing strategies for growth
- Hiring new staff
- Ensuring customers receive top quality service
- Improving internal processes for better productivity
- Managing the budget and monitoring the financial health of the location
Requirements
- Construction management experience, ideally from the glass and glazing industry
- Experience overseeing and managing teams
- Experience dealing with customers
- Experience managing budgets and financial performance
- Strong decision-making skills
