About the position
As a General Manager, you will lead our noticeably friendly restaurant team overseeing daily operations and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will use your leadership skills to inspire a dedicated team and uphold high standards of Sanitation, Food Quality, and Guest Satisfaction. This role offers the opportunity to tackle unique challenges, build a winning team, and enjoy teaching and motivating others, with room for advancement.
Responsibilities
- Maintain HIGH sanitation and cleanliness each day
- Lead a Happy and Friendly Team
- Deliver GREAT customer service to each of our guests
- Lead a team to obtain company goals
- Instruct, direct, and be part of the team during each shift
- Stand for up to 10 hours
- Take accurate inventory
- Order inventory from vendors with monthly goals in mind
- Hire, train, and staff store as needed
- Produce a weekly schedule for restaurant staff that follows company policy
Requirements
- Must live in Haleiwa, Hawaii
- Must have Manager Food Handler Card
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- 2 years of experience ordering from vendors (Preferred)
- 2 years of scheduling experience (Preferred)
- 2 years of experience leading a team (Preferred)
- 1 year of hiring experience (Preferred)
- 1 year of restaurant management experience (Preferred)
- Driver's License (Preferred)
- Food Safety Manager Certification (Preferred)
