About the position

The General Manager 3 - Food at Sodexo will oversee the daily operations of the Air Force Dining Facility at Holloman Air Force Base, ensuring high-quality food service and compliance with both Sodexo and Air Force standards. This role involves managing a team, maintaining client relations, and achieving financial targets while contributing to the growth of Sodexo's Air Force contract.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the dining facility.
• Ensure compliance with contract management and food safety standards.
• Deliver high-quality food service to Airmen and their families.
• Achieve company financial targets and goals.
• Develop and maintain client and customer relations.
• Create strategic plans for operational success.
• Foster a positive and enjoyable environment for staff and customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of management experience.
• 3 years of functional experience in food service operations.
