About the position
As a General Maintenance Mechanic at Riddle, you will coordinate a variety of repair and maintenance duties with intermediate proficiency in one or more trades, which may include electrician, plumber, carpenter, and boiler operator. Responsibilities
- Coordinate repair and maintenance duties in various trades.
- Provide superior customer service in maintenance tasks.
- Perform maintenance tasks with intermediate proficiency in trades such as electrician, plumbing, carpentry, and boiler operation.
Requirements
- Three years of recent maintenance experience required.
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English sufficiently to perform required job duties.
Nice-to-haves
- Healthcare maintenance experience is a plus.
- High School Diploma / GED preferred.
