About the position
PeopleReady is seeking General Laborers to join our team across various sectors, including hospitality, production, warehouse work, auto auction driving, waste removal, and flagging. This role offers the opportunity to work in diverse environments and gain new skills while contributing to different industries.
Responsibilities
- Assist with event set up, breakdown, and general maintenance in hospitality settings.
- Support manufacturing processes by assembling products, operating machinery, and performing quality checks.
- Load and unload goods, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and organized workspace in warehouses.
- Safely drive and park vehicles for auto auctions.
- Participate in waste collection and recycling efforts to maintain a clean environment.
- Direct and control traffic flow around construction sites and events to ensure safety.
Requirements
- No minimal educational requirement, but specialized training can help advance.
- Experience in general labor, preferably in one or more of the mentioned sectors.
- Valid driver's license required for auto auction drivers.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving heavy objects.
- Strong work ethic, teamwork, and communication skills.
