In school/community relations, the teacher will respect students, parents, guardians, and the community, assist parents with concerns, and maintain professional relationships. Operational duties involve assisting in the protection of students and property and aiding in emergency drills and student management during events like dismissals and field trips. The role requires maintaining high personal integrity, confidentiality, and a strong work ethic, along with participating in district professional development.
