About The Position

We are seeking an experienced General Contractor to oversee and manage large-scale building and renovation projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record leading multi-million dollar renovation projects from planning through completion, with strong experience coordinating subcontractors, schedules, budgets, materials, inspections, and project teams. Experience with hotel, hospitality, or commercial renovation projects is a strong plus.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience as a General Contractor or Construction Project Manager on large-scale renovation or construction projects.
  • Direct experience managing multi-million dollar renovation projects.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial construction, building systems, subcontractor coordination, budgeting, and scheduling.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, contracts, and scopes of work.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Nice To Haves

  • Hotel, resort, hospitality, or occupied-building renovation experience is highly preferred.
  • Hands-on construction professional who can take ownership of complex projects, keep teams accountable, communicate clearly, and deliver high-quality results.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and managing high-value projects where timing, quality, safety, and budget control are critical.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing day-to-day job site operations and ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.
  • Coordinating subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, architects, engineers, and ownership representatives.
  • Reviewing project plans, scopes of work, timelines, change orders, and budgets.
  • Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards.
  • Monitoring project progress and proactively resolving delays, conflicts, or field issues.
  • Maintaining clear communication with ownership and project stakeholders.
  • Ensuring compliance with building codes, permits, safety standards, and company expectations.
  • Managing project documentation, schedules, punch lists, and closeout processes.
