Corporate Services Management (CSM) is an award-winning specialized integrated facilities maintenance and cleaning services provider for large showcase Fortune 500 corporate headquarters and other complex commercial, industrial, and government properties. Headquartered in suburban Atlanta, Georgia, the Company provides services to large commercial accounts in and around the Atlanta airport. CSM America is currently seeking energetic and highly motivated individuals to join our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, flexible, and willing to take on non-routine cleaning and janitorial projects as the need arises at Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to contribute to a clean and safe environment in a high-traffic area. As a General Cleaner, you will be responsible for a variety of cleaning tasks that ensure the airport facilities are maintained to the highest standards. Your duties will include cleaning and polishing lighting fixtures, floors, seats, surfaces, and trim, as well as cleaning restrooms and replenishing bathroom supplies. You will also dust furniture and equipment in offices and conference rooms, polish metalwork, wash windows, door panels, and sills, and transport trash and waste to the disposal area. This role requires a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in a busy airport setting, and you will be expected to perform other related duties as required or assigned. The position offers full-time hours with a set schedule of 5 days on and 2 days off, although this may be subject to change. No prior cleaning experience is required, making this an excellent entry-level opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, floors, seats, surfaces, and trim.
- Cleans restrooms and replenishes bathroom supplies.
- Dusts furniture and equipment (offices and conference rooms).
- Polishes metalwork.
- Washes windows, door panels, and sills.
- Transports trash and waste to the disposal area.
- Performs other related duties as required or assigned.
Requirements
- Ability to follow instructions and verbal directions.
- Ability to work well alone and with a partner or team.
- Ability to walk entire shift.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Able to adapt to changing attendance schedules or routines.
- Pay attention to detail when cleaning.
- Physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 25 pounds, as necessary.
