About the position

The Geek Squad Senior Agent is a leadership role focused on delivering exceptional repair services and customer experiences. This position involves training and coaching Geek Squad Agents, ensuring adherence to high service standards, and fostering a positive environment that motivates team members to achieve business goals. The Senior Agent acts as a role model in performing repairs and services, directly engaging with clients to resolve issues and enhance satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Drive a positive customer experience by building relationships, exhibiting empathy, and providing solutions to their needs.
  • Assist Geek Squad Manager or independently assign staff for client assistance, diagnosis, repair, service, and follow-up.
  • Communicate department goals and other pertinent company information to members of the Precinct in a clear, accurate, and timely manner.
  • Work with clients directly to ensure staff is assisting customers with service and repair issues while achieving department goals.
  • Handle escalated client service issues.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and act as a consultant to Precinct Agents and other store personnel as needed to achieve goals and high standards of customer service.

Requirements

  • One year of experience in diagnosing and repairing PCs or consumer electronics.
  • One year of customer service experience.
  • One year of leadership experience including coaching, training, and recognition.
