The Geek Squad Advanced Repair Agent is responsible for providing technology-related solutions to customers, ensuring that their needs are met and that no customer is left unserved. This role involves diagnosing technology issues, offering recommendations, and creating a supportive environment for customers through effective communication and teamwork. The agent leverages their technical skills to resolve a variety of software and hardware issues, contributing to a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Drive a positive customer experience by building relationships, exhibiting empathy, and providing solutions for customer needs.
  • Perform diagnostic discoveries, make recommendations, and protect customer devices both in-person and by phone.
  • Establish and maintain consistent rhythms for timely follow-up and ensure deliverables are met or exceeded.
  • Partner with other team members to ensure consistent and accurate documentation of customer requests and repairs.

Requirements

  • 6+ months experience diagnosing, troubleshooting, or repairing technology products.
  • Experience actively using and learning about consumer electronics.
  • Strong ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule inclusive of holidays, nights, and weekends.
