About the position
As a Future Team Leader, you'll be the driving force behind our sales success, motivating your team to achieve new heights and contributing to key performance indicators. Your role will encompass a range of dynamic responsibilities, including managing cutting-edge OBW Business and Operating systems, assisting with shop budgets and exceeding P&L expectations, and accelerating growth in customer bookings while fostering repeat business. You will also communicate and implement exciting system updates and training, contribute to the success of FCB initiatives, Flight Centre Holidays, and booking component levels 4+, coach and develop the skills of your team members, provide a vision and instill motivation in the team, and cultivate an overall positive and vibrant office environment. The opportunities are endless with a huge amount of enquiry coming through the door and over the phone. While making dreams come true for your customers, you will also be developing your team and playing a key part in their Flight Centre journey.
Responsibilities
