About the position
The position requires a qualified individual to oversee educational administration within a school setting. Requirements
- Master's degree in educational administration
- Texas Principal or other appropriate certificate
- Certified T-TESS appraiser
- ILD or ALD certificate
- Three years experience as a classroom teacher
- Experience in instructional leadership roles
- In-depth knowledge of curriculum and instruction
- Ability to evaluate instructional program and teaching effectiveness
- Ability to manage budget and personnel
- Ability to coordinate campus functions
- Ability to interpret policy, procedures, and data
- Strong organizational, communication, public relations, and interpersonal skills
