About The Position

CACI is seeking an All-Source Analyst at Aberdeen Proving Grounds, Aberdeen Maryland. This role involves conducting analyses and assisting in the collection and dissemination of information to U.S. and coalition forces regarding threat UAS TTPs, technology, and response procedures. The analyst will also be required to create products for delivery to DoW Agency Headquarters' offices in support of national taskings. This position requires the ability to exploit various intelligence disciplines from all levels of classified information and use this information to create briefs, products, technical reports, and executive summaries. Travel CONUS and OCONUS (to possible conflict areas) on short notice is also a requirement to disseminate relevant threat information. All functional duties are to be performed independently.

Requirements

  • Active TS//SCI clearance.
  • All Source Military or Fusion intelligence MOS background(s).
  • Completed formal military intelligence training/school (e.g. 35F + 1N4X1).
  • Experience with all source or fusion intelligence analytical production and reporting.
  • BA/BS or Associates degree plus 3 yrs. experience or 6 yrs. of experience.
  • Experience with CUAS analysis, reporting & staff or higher-level product creation/briefing.
  • Experience in conducting functional analyses of commercial base technology devices (specifically RCIED and UAS) and describe how the device functions.
  • Knowledge of and ability to perform analysis on the latest Commercial Based and emerging Technologies that could be utilized by advisories and articulate how use of that CBT would affect DoW capability.
  • Knowledge of current events in targeting, customs, historical, assessment, and pattern analysis processes.
  • Proficient in utilizing standard MS Office computer applications and intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development.
  • Proficient in utilizing specialized intelligence tools to create final products.
  • Strong research, analytical, and writing skills.
  • Strong briefing skills to include the ability to clearly articulate information to different audiences.
  • Capable of effectively operating as a member of an analytical team from a remote location in support of CJOA requirements.

  • OS 301 and OS 302 certifications
  • Basic Python coding experience
  • Basic knowledge of NRL Builder software
  • Basic knowledge and use of handheld spectrum analyzers (Field Fox, Tetley, R&S PR200)

Responsibilities

  • Conduct analyses and assist in the collection and dissemination of information to U.S. and coalition forces, on a need-to-know basis, concerning threat UAS TTPs, technology, and response procedures.
  • Create products for delivery to DoW Agency Headquarters' offices in support of national taskings.
  • Exploit various intelligence disciplines (e.g. TECHSIGINT, SIGINT/CYBER, MASINT) from all levels of classified information and use this information to create briefs, products, technical reports and executive summaries.
  • Travel CONUS and OCONUS (to possible conflict areas) on short notice in order to disseminate relevant threat information.
  • Perform all functional duties independently.
  • Provide trend analysis data on UAS incidents and TTPs.
  • Research unclassified and classified databases for use in written products and oral presentations.
  • Monitor and analyze strategic and operational intelligence information.
  • Provide research support for analysts who produce Intelligence Community reports and briefings as well as direct support to current operations.
  • Research, author, and coordinate threat assessments to support the Commander and/or leaders in the U.S. civilian intelligence community.
  • Present, discuss, and defend assessments to intelligence community and technical community.
  • Assist with development and maintenance of analytical policies and procedures.
  • Generate/provide specialized analytical products.
  • Search/screen all media sources and provide assessments of intelligence impacts.
  • Provide intelligence support regarding issues within the CENTCOM AOR or other specific COCOMs.
