About the position
The Deaf and Hard of Hearing Teacher will be responsible for creating and delivering educational programs specifically designed for students with hearing impairments. This role focuses on ensuring that these students receive a quality education tailored to their unique needs across all grade levels.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement educational programs for students with hearing impairments.
- Assess and evaluate students' progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
- Collaborate with other educators and specialists to support student learning.
- Provide individualized support and resources to students and their families.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Deaf and Hard of Hearing Specialist.
