Responsibilities
- Support the sales efforts at Hirshfield's Paint Store, servicing mostly wholesale customers.
- Ensure all sales orders are accurate by maintaining precise accounts for formula and pricing.
- Pull correct products from the warehouse, tinting and mixing them to customer specifications.
- Explain to customers the best products for their needs and recommend related products.
- Promote special sales, offers, and awareness of the store loyalty program.
- Accept and process orders, operate the POS register, and resolve returns issues.
Requirements
- Strong background in retail sales and customer service.
- Proficient in stocking, cash handling, and basic math.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift/move up to 60lbs on occasion.
- Ability to see color accurately.
