As a Full-Time Manufacturing Operator in Louisville, KY, you will play a crucial role in our operations. You will be responsible for assembling various parts and ensuring that our products meet the high standards of quality that our customers expect. This position requires standing for prolonged periods, handling parts for assembly, and working in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to follow verbal and written instructions, work independently, and maintain attention to detail even under stressful conditions. Responsibilities
- Assemble various parts for appliances according to specifications.
- Follow verbal and written instructions to complete tasks efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Operate air tools and other machinery safely and effectively.
- Lift and handle parts and equipment weighing up to 42 pounds.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
- Ability to understand verbal and written instructions in English.
- Pass a background check, drug screening, and medical health questionnaire.
- Ability to perform essential functions of the position, with or without accommodation.
