About the position

The Patient Concierge at Rejuva Medical Aesthetics serves as the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced medical spa environment. This role involves managing patient interactions, scheduling appointments, and supporting the overall operations of the practice under the guidance of a double board-certified plastic surgeon.

Responsibilities

  • Greet all patients upon arrival with warmth and a smile
  • Effectively communicate patient arrivals to Medical Assistants
  • Answer and field all incoming calls with a confident and supportive understanding of aesthetic procedures
  • Provide detailed descriptions of treatments, packages, services, reward programs, facility features, and hours of operation
  • Manage the daily schedule, accurately booking, changing, and canceling appointments
  • Check patients in and out
  • Assist the Director of Client Programs with assigned tasks
  • Manage incoming or outgoing deliveries and/or mail
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stock of waiting areas, front desk, and employee break areas
  • Provide administrative support as needed to the practice

Requirements

  • Minimum of at least three (3) years of front desk experience in the medical aesthetics field required
  • Extensive customer experience required
  • BA/BS Degree in a scientific, health-related, or business administration program, or equivalent combination of education plus work experience, is preferred

Benefits

  • Compensation ranges from $20-$24 based on experience
