Responsibilities
- Assist Dentists in all aspects of Clinical Dental Procedures including Implants, Botox, and Invisalign.
- Help patients identify their dental problems that best fit their needs.
- Provide excellent service to patients, ensuring they have a VIP and WOW experience.
- Encourage happy patients to share their success stories.
- Share patient success stories during daily company meetings.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED preferred.
- Graduated from a Dental Assisting Program.
- 1 year of dental assisting experience preferred.
- Professional phone skills and excellent presentation abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Fluency in Spanish and English is preferred.
- Experience in customer service and problem-solving.
