Responsibilities
- Operate vacuum cleaners and other cleaning equipment efficiently and effectively
- Clean and maintain various types of flooring, including carpets, hardwood, and tile
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, furniture, and fixtures
- Report any damages, safety hazards, or maintenance issues to the supervisor
- Follow proper safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and request replenishments when necessary
- Adhere to cleaning schedules and complete tasks within specified timeframes
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all areas are thoroughly cleaned
- Respond promptly to any special cleaning requests or emergencies
Requirements
- Clean background check required
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to complete an online assessment prior to starting the position
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and perform cleaning tasks for extended periods
