About the position

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position is a full-time role focused on supporting students with behavioral challenges in a school environment. The BCBA will design and implement behavior intervention plans, conduct assessments, and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to promote students' academic and social success. This position is contracted through June 11, 2025, and requires a valid Oregon teaching or school counselor license.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement behavior intervention plans.
  • Conduct assessments and write reports.
  • Consult with student intervention teams.
  • Observe students in their learning environment.
  • Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

Requirements

  • Hold a valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Possess a Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Education, or Psychology.
  • Demonstrate previous experience working with students with disabilities and challenging behaviors in a school setting.
