Responsibilities

• Distribute medications and/or perform treatments according to Dr. orders
• Direct and supervise CNAs and other employees in designated unit
• Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in resident conditions
• Document and maintain accurate, detailed records
• Record resident's medical information and vital signs
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and assess resident's condition
• Modify resident treatment plans as indicated by resident's responses and conditions
• Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate resident care plans
• Prepare residents for and assist with examinations or treatments

Requirements

• Licensure as a RN/PN, currently licensed in MA
• Excellent clinical, computer, and communication skills
• The ability to work successfully in independent and team settings
