About The Position

Join Synmatch AI's client, a global premium provider of measurement and testing systems, as a Full Stack Engineer - Platform & Integration. In this role, you will act as the crucial integration layer between platform services, product systems, and frontend teams, supporting applications in electrical safety, e-mobility, and medical technology. With decades of expertise in high-quality measurement technology adhering to "Made in Germany" standards, the company relies on this position to ensure seamless data flow and integration between legacy systems, cloud platforms, and modern user interfaces. You will support critical infrastructure for electrical trade, industry, and public institutions through hands-on development across backend services, integration APIs, and frontend alignment. This includes supporting data migration, building shared integration logic, and collaborating closely with multiple product teams for cohesive system functionality.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of backend development with proven integration and API development skills
• Strong experience with Node.js/TypeScript or equivalent modern backend technologies
• Basic AWS/cloud familiarity for deployment and service integration
• Working knowledge of React or modern frontend frameworks for full-stack collaboration
• Strong debugging skills and practical problem-solving approach for complex integrations

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in multi-product environments with complex system integrations
• Exposure to legacy-to-cloud migration projects and modernization challenges
• Experience with shadcn or similar modern UI component libraries

Responsibilities

• Implement backend services and APIs that connect platform, ET&S, PQ, and application systems
• Create integration components that bridge product systems with the unified platform
• Align APIs and provide backend support for frontend and mobile app development
• Assist with ET&S data migration and transformation logic for cloud platform integration
• Contribute to automated unit testing and CI workflows for reliable integration processes
• Support platform feature development under guidance of senior backend engineers
