About The Position

At WPred, we deliver high-stakes weather and energy production forecasts to wind and solar farm operators globally. Our platform helps clients make smarter operational decisions and maximize renewable energy asset performance. In a sector where a few percentage points of efficiency matter, our code directly impacts the viability of green energy. The Mission is to optimizing the global renewable energy footprint. We are looking for a strong Full-Stack Developer to join our core engineering team. You will work alongside two senior developers to modernize our forecasting platform and integrate with our parent company, CWP Energy Solutions. This isn't just about maintaining a dashboard; it’s about building a consolidated, next-generation energy intelligence platform that handles complex data at scale.

Requirements

5+ years of software development in a fast-paced or startup environment.
Strong expertise in Angular (or React), with a focus on building intuitive, data-heavy interfaces.
Solid experience with C# (.NET) and a working knowledge of (or willingness to learn) Python.
A solid full-stack mindset — you understand how APIs, databases, and front-end components fit together.
Experience with Cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes.
Familiarity with Data Engineering (e.g., Airflow, Dagster, or data pipelines).
Bilingual (French & English).

Responsibilities

Design and develop high-performance SPAs and reliable back-end services (C#/.NET) that support advanced forecasting workflows.
Participate in the platform’s reinvention, helping us make pragmatic architectural and technology decisions.
Help bridge the gap between complex meteorological data and user-centric interfaces.
Work in a low-bureaucracy, high-autonomy environment where you can challenge processes and improve how we build software.
Integrate AI and automation features where they provide tangible value to our customers.
