About the position
The Full Stack Developer III/HR Technical Analyst role at Base One Technologies involves supporting the development, configuration, and integration of new solution modules within the Agency HR technology stack. The position requires collaboration with functional analysts and client users in an agile team environment, focusing on both the operations and maintenance of existing technical components and the implementation of new enhancements.
Responsibilities
- Development and configuration of new solution modules (60%)
- Troubleshooting technical issues (20%)
- Testing support and execution (10%)
- Design and documentation of system enhancements (10%)
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in large and complex IT projects, preferably in the Human Capital space
- Experience with full stack development, including AWS services like Glue and Lambda
- Experience with integration development, including REST/SOAP services and ETL tools
- Agile certification
- Experience developing and executing unit test scripts and supporting user acceptance testing
- Proven ability to learn and adopt new technologies
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with human capital systems, especially in support of Federal customers
- Experience working with SAFe
- Experience in technologies such as Drupal, Drools, PowerBI, RPA tools
