About The Position

Premium Merchant Funding (PMF) is a leading provider of working capital solutions for small and medium-sized businesses. Based in New York City's Financial District, PMF has cultivated a high-performance culture focused on smart hiring, strong teams, and results. As the company expands, they are seeking a recruiter to support growth and elevate hiring standards across various roles. This Full-Cycle Recruiter will manage high-volume sales rep recruitment as well as professional searches for operations, processing, and support positions. The role involves close collaboration with leadership to define hiring needs and manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer. Success requires the ability to effectively recruit for both commission-based sales roles and critical employee positions, demanding distinct judgment, process, and evaluation skills.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience covering both high-volume and professional/employee hiring.
  • Strong judgment and discretion in evaluating candidates for employee-level roles.
  • Persuasive communication skills, capable of presenting challenging opportunities effectively.
  • High organizational capacity and attention to detail for managing multiple open roles simultaneously.
  • Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Background in financial services, sales environments, or agency recruiting is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full recruiting cycle for assigned sales teams, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Serve as the primary recruiter for employee-level hires across operations, processing, underwriting, and support functions.
  • Partner with department heads and operations leadership to define hiring needs and candidate profiles.
  • Build and maintain active candidate pipelines through various channels like job boards, outbound sourcing, LinkedIn, and networking.
  • Conduct phone and in-person interviews, adapting evaluation methods to the specific role.
  • Develop a strong understanding of sales team leaders' styles, expectations, and hiring preferences.
  • Ensure a professional and consistent candidate experience for all role types.
  • Track recruiting metrics and provide regular updates to leadership on open roles and pipeline status.
