About The Position

Ascent, a leading sports nutrition brand, is seeking a Supply Chain Distribution & Fulfillment Analyst to help strengthen its distribution network. This role will work across warehousing, transportation, inventory planning, and customer fulfillment to ensure products reach customers accurately and on time. The analyst will support operational efficiencies, strong partner relationships, and reliable supply for the growing Ascent business. The position is located in Denver and is part of the Ascent Protein team within Leprino.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Three years of experience in transportation, warehousing, third-party logistics, inventory management, distribution, or order fulfillment.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook.
  • Experience coordinating inventory movement, shipping activities, or fulfillment operations across multiple channels.
  • A basic understanding of import and export documentation or global trade concepts.
  • The ability to travel as required to support business needs.

Nice To Haves

  • A Master's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience with SAP or another enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.
  • APICS certification or a comparable supply chain certification.
  • Experience supporting e-commerce fulfillment platforms such as Shopify or Amazon FBA.
  • Experience with customer onboarding, international market expansion, or third-party logistics network coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Ascent business by coordinating end-to-end order fulfillment across wholesale, retail, and e-commerce channels.
  • Build collaborative relationships with warehousing, transportation, and third-party logistics partners to support accurate and timely customer deliveries.
  • Coordinate order entry, order changes, releases, and invoicing activities based on Sales and Marketing requirements.
  • Follow up on customer credit holds and work with internal teams to keep orders moving efficiently.
  • Partner with supply chain teams to address inventory and logistics concerns before they affect customers.
  • Review and resolve SAP IDOC errors, identify root causes, and work with leadership to address complex system issues.
  • Maintain customer portals and operational reports to monitor shipment performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Guide inbound and outbound inventory activities with storage partners, including new product launches, SKU updates, and promotional merchandise.
  • Reconcile inventory across internal systems and third-party partners while supporting cycle counts and annual inventory activities.
  • Monitor shipment exceptions and carrier claims with parcel and LTL providers to support efficient product movement.
  • Collaborate with Sales, IT, and master data teams to onboard new customers, complete system setup, and support the Ascent business as it expands into international markets.
  • Write and maintain standard operating procedures, track fulfillment trends, and help build practical improvements across the distribution network.
  • Support event shipments and inventory trace activities that help protect product quality and customer service.
