About The Position

The Fulfillment Associate will work with team members across departments to perform excellent work and continuously improve operations. This role is responsible for assembling and packaging products, operating production equipment, picking and staging orders, loading trucks, and supporting production and shipping activities as needed to meet operational demands.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Assemble and prepare boxes and packaging materials for finished products
  • Operate production equipment including routers, saws, and other tools in accordance with safety guidelines
  • Package products accurately, ensuring all required items and documentation are included
  • Pull products to maintain continuous production flow and fulfill shipping orders as needed
  • Pick, stage, wrap, and label customer orders for shipment
  • Load trucks while ensuring products are properly stacked, balanced, and secured
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and effectively
