About the position

The Fuel Center Clerk at Smith's Food and Drug is responsible for assisting customers, managing the cash register, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the fuel center. This part-time role emphasizes customer service and adherence to company policies and safety standards, while also promoting the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and manage cash register.
• Maintain neatness and cleanliness of the fuel center.
• Recover stock and fill out incident and security reports.
• Maintain compliance documentation.
• Demonstrate the company's core values.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 18 years of age (19 years in Alaska and Idaho).
• Familiarity with industry/technical terms and processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work without direct supervision.
