About the position
The FT Janitorial Manager at St. Moritz Building Services is responsible for overseeing the housekeeping staff in a manufacturing setting. The manager will also handle administrative tasks, including performance evaluations and client reporting, while being prepared to assist in janitorial duties as needed.
Responsibilities
- Manage and direct the housekeeping staff.
- Staff employees according to the hours budgeted weekly.
- Schedule and train new employees.
- Order uniforms and supplies.
- Evaluate employees' work performance.
- Complete client requested reports weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
- Attend staff meetings.
- Perform and assist in all basic janitorial positions as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Supervisory or managing experience.
- Must have own vehicle/transportation.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
- Basic computer program skills.
