About the position

The Front Desk/Service Scheduler position is a full-time role focused on managing high-volume calls, scheduling service appointments, and dispatching emergency service calls. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional customer service to clients, contractors, and vendors, ensuring quality and efficiency in all tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver top-notch service to clients, contractors, and vendors.
  • Efficiently schedule service appointments for both residential and commercial customers, and handle emergency calls as per SOP.
  • Answer multi-line phone systems, manage multiple lines simultaneously, and accurately record information into Salesforce.
  • Perform call-ahead confirmations 2 days in advance and adjust schedules as needed.
  • Adhere to safety policies and participate in monthly safety meetings and trainings.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and proficiency in data entry.
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment with a high volume of calls.
  • Excellent active listening and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work well within a team, take direction, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Strong ability to organize and manage information efficiently.
