About the position

The Front Desk Supervisor at NFC Amenity Management plays a crucial role in ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for residents and their guests in luxury residential buildings. This position involves overseeing on-site staff, managing daily operations, and maintaining high service standards to enhance the resident experience. The supervisor acts as the first point of contact for residents, ensuring smooth communication and adherence to property regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth operation and service experience by effectively communicating with team members, property management, and residents/guests.
  • Oversee employee schedules and inform the Area Director of any staffing needs.
  • Monitor and review daily employee performance, providing necessary support or training.
  • Follow property-specific systems to receive and sign for deliveries, ensuring efficient delivery to residents.
  • Facilitate contractor arrivals/departures and realtor/potential home buyer/renter visits.
  • Advise and remind residents and guests of appropriate rules and regulations established by property management.
  • Follow all property procedures for resident, guest, and vendor access.
  • Promptly answer and complete all resident requests, phone calls, questions, or concerns.
  • Maintain a professional appearance in supplied uniform and enjoy interacting with residents.

Requirements

  • Experience in supervising others within the Hospitality Industry is a plus.
  • Ability to work well independently and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a welcoming demeanor.
