You enthusiastically greet all hotel guests and members, anticipating and responding to their needs to create an exceptional experience. You conscientiously follow procedures for guest check-in and departure to include posting room charges, processing payments, and ensuring accuracy on guest accounts. As a dependable member of the Guest Services team, you communicate effectively with Housekeeping, Concierge, and other departments to obtain current information on guest room status, and always provide Five-Star service. You also reliably coordinate prompt delivery of messages, guest mail, and gifts to guest rooms.
