About the position

The Receptionist/HR Assistant at Employment Enterprises, Inc. is responsible for managing the front desk operations and ensuring a professional office environment. Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the appearance of the reception area.
  • Coordinate overall administrative activities for the office.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new internal employees.
  • Greet visitors and manage access to specific individuals.
  • Ensure copiers have adequate paper and ink available.
  • Supervise the maintenance of office equipment.
  • Purchase office supplies and equipment.
  • Assist with companywide meetings and prepare the conference room.
  • Handle company invoices and submit them to Accounts Payable.
  • Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence.
  • Respond to employment verifications for subsidiary companies.
  • Assist in processing background and drug screening requests.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Three years of administrative experience.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior management.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task.
