• Handle dental billing and coding tasks, ensuring accuracy in patient records and insurance claims and entering claims into charts.
• Maintain organized dental records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Process dental collections efficiently while providing support to patients regarding their accounts.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless communication regarding patient care.
• Utilize knowledge of ADA coding for accurate documentation and billing processes.
• Address patient inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a dental office environment is REQUIRED.
• Strong knowledge of dental billing, coding, terminology, and records management is essential.
• Familiarity with ADA coding systems is preferred.
