The Front Desk Coordinator at The Joint Chiropractic is a part-time role focused on providing exceptional service to patients while driving membership sales. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about health and wellness, possess strong sales skills, and are eager to grow within the company. The coordinator will manage patient interactions, educate them on wellness offerings, and contribute to a positive clinic environment.
Responsibilities
- Providing excellent services to members and patients.
- Gaining memberships to meet sales goals.
- Greeting members and patients upon arrival and checking them in to see the Chiropractor.
- Answering phone calls and re-engaging inactive members.
- Staying updated on membership options, packages, and promotions.
- Recognizing and supporting team goals and maintaining positive relationships with team members.
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the clinic and organization of workspace.
- Confidently presenting and selling memberships and visit packages.
- Keeping management apprised of member concerns and following manager's policies and procedures.
- Willingness to learn and grow, accepting constructive criticism positively.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- At least one year of previous sales experience.
- Strong phone and computer skills.
- Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks.
- Strong customer service orientation and effective communication skills.
