About the position

The Front Desk Coordinator / Guest Experience Leader (GEL) at McDonald's is responsible for creating a welcoming environment at the Corporate Headquarters. This part-time role focuses on providing exemplary hospitality and customer service to visitors and employees, ensuring a positive experience through effective communication and assistance.

Responsibilities

  • Warmly welcome visitors and employees into the Corporate Headquarters or Hamburger University.
  • Assist visitors in obtaining visitor badges to enter office areas.
  • Demonstrate exemplary hospitality skills and maintain a friendly, positive attitude.
  • Provide information about daily meetings or events to visitors or employees.
  • Assist visitors with travel questions, restaurant recommendations, and luggage storage.
  • Direct visitors to restrooms, beverage service, and other building amenities.
  • Help with wayfinding within the building.
  • Provide administrative support as needed.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in the visitor management system.
  • Serve as an ambassador for Brand McDonald's.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of reception, concierge, or customer service experience in a professional/business environment.
