About the position

As Front Desk Agent, you will take care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure by ensuring they have a memorable experience with us. Our absolute focus is delivering a personalised, luxury experience to all guests, building relationships and anticipating their every need.

Responsibilities

  • Greet, check-in, respond to requests and settle accounts while providing exceptional service
  • Take initiative to add a personalised experience
  • Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay through up-selling
  • Ensure all guest information is correct and entered correctly
  • Perform a variety of administration tasks including guest correspondence and reporting tasks
  • Actively promote the Fairmont Brand through adhering to our mission statement and values

Requirements

  • Service focused personality is essential; experience is an asset
  • Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Must be Eligible to work in the UK
