Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests and manage their information.
  • Distribute keys and assign rooms to guests.

Requirements

  • Prior front desk experience in a brand setting or luxury hotel environment is ideal, but willing to train the right candidate.
  • Strong knowledge of software applications, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and hotel-specific platforms (OnQ, Opera, Fosse, Lightspeed, HotSOS, GXP, BOB, Kipsu, Slack).
  • Strong communication and listening skills with excellent speaking, reading, and writing ability.
  • Fluency in English; Spanish language skills are highly desired.
  • Flexible schedule required for days, weekends, and holidays.
  • High energy with effective and influential people skills.
  • Positive attitude and the desire to motivate others.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice-to-haves
