About the position
The Front Bar Receptionist at FACE FOUNDRIÉ is responsible for creating a welcoming and positive experience for every guest. This role involves maintaining high standards in guest services, phone etiquette, and product recommendations, while also supporting the operational processes of the salon.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate high standards of customer service and maintain standards of FACE FOUNDRIÉ.
- Meet or exceed sales goals set by the Salon Manager.
- Explain, sell, and recommend FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.
- Work with the Salon Manager to notify when supplies are low.
- Assist in all in-store operational processes.
- Ensure store standards are adhered to at all times.
- Accurately follow all company time keeping procedures.
- Attend mandatory training and team meetings.
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures before, during, and after services to ensure board compliance at all times.
- Responsible for keeping the store clean and fully stocked at all times.
Requirements
- Guest Service Experience (1 year)
- Sales and Marketing Experience
- Salon Experience Preferred
- Current Esthetic Students Preferred
- High School education or equivalent
