About The Position

The Framing Manager leads and coaches a team of framers, focusing on building customer relationships and creating custom framing solutions for their art. This role drives custom framing sales and assists customers in creating memorable framing solutions. The manager also assists the Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and Company programs, ensuring compliance with laws and requirements, and holding the team accountable for store conditions and results. They develop and coach team selling behaviors, lead the delivery of high-quality custom framing solutions on time by planning workload, and partner with the Store Manager. The role involves achieving KPIs and managing the framing team to achieve their role KPIs, reviewing sales and production workload, building plans and sales floor time for networking, and managing inventory management processes. Additionally, the Framing Manager manages and executes shrink and safety programs, serves as Manager on Duty (MOD), and assists with interviewing, on-boarding, coaching, observing, and training new team members. They support Talent Development activities, participate in Performance Management activities, and utilize leadership competencies for continued self-development. The role requires partnering with MOD’s daily on framing expectations and interacting positively and respectfully with others, promoting organizational vision and values, and serving as a role model. Participation in truck un-load and stocking processes is also required, along with following SOPs and ensuring a safe environment. The Framing Manager will acknowledge customers, help locate products, provide solutions, and assist with Omni channel processes. Other duties as assigned.
