About the position

Herbal Goodness is a premium, mission-driven, female-founded herbal supplements company with 13+ years of success in the natural wellness space. We offer a line of organic superfoods and herbal formulations with a 40%+ repeat customer rate and strong brand equity. As we expand into B2B sales with retailers, distributors, pharmacies, and co-ops, we are seeking a results-driven Fractional Direct Sales Lead for a 3-month contract to drive immediate revenue growth. This is a highly aggressive, results-oriented sales role designed to drive direct B2B revenue within the first 30 to 60 days of engagement. You will generate new business, open high-value retail and distribution accounts, and lay the foundation for long-term B2B sales growth. Your performance will directly impact your opportunity for future engagement with additional commission-based compensation and continued work.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and drive relationships with key accounts: iHerb, Fullscript, Walgreens, CVS Health, Whole Foods, and similar retail partners.
  • Actively prospect, pitch, and close new B2B partnerships with co-ops, health food stores, clinics, wellness centers, and independent retailers.
  • Scrape, qualify, and engage 1000+ B2B retail leads using tools such as Octoparse, Hunter, Apollo, or Skrapp.
  • Build and fully configure Go High Level (GHL) or other CRM to automate the management and nurturing of B2B leads.
  • Create and implement email and SMS automation workflows, pipeline stages, and follow-up sequences.
  • Segment leads by buyer type, region, and product interest.
  • Evaluate product-market fit and provide insight into customer preferences and market needs.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and R&D team to inform new product offerings.
  • Assist in defining strategic sales messaging and positioning.
  • Work with our manufacturing team to launch and market our co-packing services.
  • Prospect and acquire new co-packing clients in the herbal, wellness beverage, and supplement categories.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of proven success in B2B sales (CPG, supplements, wellness preferred)
  • Experience and evidence closing deals.
  • Strong lead generation skills using scraping/data tools (Octoparse, Apollo, etc.)
  • CRM setup and automation expertise (Go High Level preferred)
  • A hunter mentality with proven ability to close deals
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, and GHL a plus.

  • Experience in the herbal or wellness beverage industry
  • Knowledge of co-packing services
  • Previous experience in a startup environment
