Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience with aquatic fountain or small pump repairs
• Repair or warranty certified by AquaMaster, Otterbine, AirMax, or Kasco
• Experience with electrical systems, pumps, and controls
• Mechanical aptitude (pumps, plumbing/PVC, repairs)
• Ability to troubleshoot issues independently in the field
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
• Ability to lift 80 pounds on a regular basis
• Great communication skills
• Mechanically inclined

Nice To Haves

• Electrical or OSHA certifications
• Experience with stormwater systems

Responsibilities

• Manage installation, maintenance, and repair of fountain and aeration systems.
• Troubleshooting electrical (120V/240V) and mechanical issues
• Performing preventative maintenance and inspections
• Conducting electrical testing using diagnostic tools
• Ensuring compliance with safety and stormwater regulations
• Documenting work through service reports and photos
• Coordinating with internal teams and manufacturers
• Supporting field operations and crew oversight
