Requirements

3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in manufacturing or foundry environments
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, conveyors, and industrial equipment
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
Welding and fabrication experience is a plus
Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities
Team-oriented mindset and commitment to safety
Familiarity with lockout/tagout, confined space, and other safety procedures.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Willingness to work overtime or off-shifts as needed to support production

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial equipment and machinery
Perform preventative maintenance on foundry equipment, wax presses, furnaces, conveyors, pumps, compressors, and facility systems
Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
Install, modify, and improve production equipment as needed
Complete work orders and maintenance documentation accurately
Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime
Assist with facility maintenance projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Follow all safety policies and procedures while maintaining a clean work environment
