About the position

We are seeking Bilingual English/Spanish Stand Up Forklift Operators for a full-time position in Davie, FL. The role involves operating forklifts to pull, load, receive, and store products in a warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with warehouse operations and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up forklifts and electric pallet jacks to move products within the warehouse.
• Pull, load, receive, and put away inventory accurately.
• Locate products using technology and retrieve orders according to specified quantities.
• Build pallets with orders and position them for loading onto trucks.
• Wrap orders securely before loading them onto trucks.
• Re-stock inventory manually or using warehouse equipment.
• Keep accurate records of completed orders and inventory levels.
• Maintain equipment and report any malfunctions promptly.
• Adhere to health and safety policies and quality standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Forklift Certification is required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Experience in warehouse operations such as Picker, Packer, Order Selector, Shipping, and Receiving is preferred.
• Stand-up forklift and electric pallet jack experience is required.
• Great attention to detail is essential.
• Basic to intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel are required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are necessary.
