About the position

We are seeking Bilingual English/Spanish Stand Up Forklift Operators to join our team in Davie, FL. The role involves operating forklifts to pull, load, receive, and store products in a warehouse environment. The position requires attention to detail and adherence to safety and quality standards while ensuring efficient order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up forklifts and electric pallet jacks to move products within the warehouse.
• Locate products using technology and retrieve orders according to specified quantities.
• Build pallets with orders and position them for loading onto trucks.
• Wrap orders securely before loading them onto trucks.
• Re-stock inventory manually or using warehouse equipment as needed.
• Keep accurate records of completed orders and inventory levels.
• Maintain equipment and report any malfunctions to management.
• Adhere to health and safety policies and quality standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Forklift certification is mandatory.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Warehouse experience in roles such as Picker, Packer, Order Selector, Shipping, or Receiving is necessary.
• Experience operating stand-up forklifts and electric pallet jacks is required.
• Basic to intermediate computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, are needed.
• Strong attention to detail is essential.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are required.
