Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, including models with attachments to move, load, and unload materials.
- Perform general warehouse tasks such as picking and packing orders, stacking pallets, and organizing inventory.
- Inspect forklifts daily and report any maintenance or safety issues.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments using warehouse management systems.
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with all company and industry standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience operating forklifts, including the use of attachments in a warehouse or industrial setting.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, including inventory control and order fulfillment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to workplace safety.
- Forklift certification preferred; ability to obtain certification required.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
