About The Position

We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional individual to build a career with our Warehouse team as a Forklift Operator – Stand-up reach. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and company policies, practices, and procedures.

Requirements

• Reach Truck Certification is required.
• Previous experience with RF warehouse technology.
• Previous experience operating stand-up reach forklifts.
• Previous experience using a stand-up reach forklift with 30’ elevation.
• Possess basic math skills.
• Ability to be self-motivated and a team player.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to operate electric, stand-up/reach forklift, and electric pallet jacks.

Nice To Haves

• Previous Manhattan experience isn’t required but a plus.
• Previous experience with Crown reach trucks is preferred, Raymond experience is also acceptable.
• Previous experience in a foodservice, grocery, or distribution warehouse setting isn’t required but preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stock in pick slots.
• Pick and load product as necessary.
• Record and report count discrepancies.
• Rotate inventory using FIFO (First-In First-Out).
• Keep assigned work areas/isles clean and organized.
• Daily inspections of equipment and safety conditions.
• Maintain all paperwork and log proper pallet locations.
• Replenish pick slots by following pallet let down procedures.
• Report all damages to Inventory Control, write up report, and remove from slots.
