About the position

The Senior Foreign Military Sales Technical Advisor at Parsons Corporation plays a crucial role in supporting the Foreign Military Sales of US Air Force aircraft and systems to partner nations. This position involves producing intelligence documents, reviewing intelligence reports, coordinating ISR interoperability issues, and providing expertise in SIGINT and Electronic Warfare capabilities. The advisor will also educate program managers and contractors on ISR capabilities and participate in various technical reviews and risk assessments.

Responsibilities

  • Support the USAF Life Cycle Management Center's Foreign Military Sales Intelligence Support Division and program offices conducting FMS activities.
  • Produce intelligence documents such as Intelligence Health Assessments for programs.
  • Review intelligence reports concerning partner nation activities and provide threat summaries to FMS program managers.
  • Coordinate ISR interoperability issues with partner nations, Combatant Commands, USAF, and other DoD entities.
  • Orchestrate US Intelligence Community support to FMS programs.
  • Support the ISR team lead for technical reviews and risk assessments as needed.
  • Educate program managers and contractors on SIGINT and Electronic Warfare capabilities, coverage, and release restrictions.
  • Provide ISR Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination expertise and identify training requirements for customer programs.
  • Inform on overall ISR capabilities beyond OEM responsibilities, including interfacing with partner command and control networks.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of intelligence analysis / all-source analysis / systems analysis experience.
  • Familiarity with information management systems and search tools used by the Intelligence Community.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with foreign governments and industry personnel.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written, for problem-solving and delivering presentations.
  • Understanding of the levels of warfare and nuances between tactical, operational, and strategic intelligence.
  • Experience in SIGINT system design, operations, and analysis tools.
  • Active US passport and Top Secret SCI clearance required.

Nice-to-haves

  • Relevant Bachelor's degree desired, but additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Experience in DoD/IC Acquisition Process and system engineering of complex systems.
  • Practical understanding of unmanned aerial systems and their interoperability with US and foreign systems.
  • Lead Project and/or Program Management experience with teams of 2-10 personnel.
